        Duplication, Possession,   distribution,  live  performing,   and
        playing of this ProLogic 303 production  is  greatly  encouraged,  
        provided, the following conditions are met.

     i. NO PART of this production (and the documents) may be  edited  in 
        any form, to any extent. This  include  the  convertion  to  .MID
        format. Such convertion MUST be accompanied  by  a  documentation
        containing the author's name  (NG PEI SIN),  the  company's  name
        (ProLogic 303 Software) and stating  that   the   .MID file   was
        converted    from    a    module    file     originating     from 
        ProLogic 303 Software.

    ii. ENCLOSED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE DISTRIBUTED AS A PACKAGE.

   iii. NO SUB LICENSE FEE. Distributors may not charge its customers for
        the software other than a nominal fee to cover for  the  cost  of
        the diskette.  Module  files  are  distributed  FREE OF CHARGE in
        Singapore's Bulletin Board Systems.

    iv. If you want to distribute this software  with  a  publication  or
        with your products, you have  to  inform  the  author  about  the
        publication. Permission is  usually  granted.  This  notification
        is to assist the author  in  tracking  the  distribution  of  his
        product.

        An exemption from any of the above conditions can be obtain  upon
        a written request with valid reasons.

   3.0  Quality Assurance

        All ProLogic 303 production  under  go  an  extensive  period  of  
        intensive testing. 
        
        We double check the entire module to ensure  that  there  are  no 
        bugs (notes entered by mistake), no undesirable  interruption  of 
        notes, all notes blend into one  another,  and  that  all effects 
        are pain takingly fine tuned to provide the best results.  We  go 
        to the extreme by testing every  individual  tracks  to  be  100% 
        satisfied with the module before release.

        This period of testing usually takes longer  than  composing  and 
        the entering of notes itself! As such, our productions appear  in 
        public slower than some others. We stress on quality, rather than 
        quantity.

        So, please use the suggested players  to  play  this  module  for 
        maximun playback accuracy. Better performance can be achived with
        a better audio equipment, like a 100 Watts  Amplifier  with  real 
        good speakers.
   
   3.1  Equipment Appeal

        Our production lab is newly equiped with $1,500  worth  of  Hi-fi 
        equipment, and $4,500 worth of computer equipment  to  bring  you 
        the best we can provide. 
        
        Unfortunately, we have been drained of cash to acquire a  GUS Max 
        which should replace our  present  Sound Blaster Pro 2  card.  We 
        are  looking  forward  to  anyone  who   can   offer   us    cash 
        contribution, discount for the card, or even the card itself!
