The first line, ie MegaNet 1000 20 means volume name = "Retard" size = 1000 used = 20
(the "size" and the "used" are purely for aesthetic reasons!)

Everything after the '#' is ignored
The rest of the lines contain the directory names present in the root directory
(ie the machine names connected over the network, and other misc files)

eg
Hyperial parnet 0 1
parnet is the name of the driver's message port,
0 means directory, 1 means machine id=1

Disk.info internal 1 0 test:disk.info
internal means to use the internal packet driver to communicate with local files
1 means file, 0 for future expansion
test:disk.info means "this is where this file should come from"
