What is ReqServer ?

ReqServer  is  a package with two small programs and a gui-library for
use  with Envoy - the peer-to-peer networking software from Commodore.
ReqServer  allows  you  to  run  commands  on  remote  machines,  send
messages, finger, chat and various other operations.
