There are two binaries included, hpcdtoppm and hpcdtoppm_fh.  The latter
was compiled with fast huffman tables, it should be a bit faster but uses
768KB more memory.  Both versions use the PBMPlus routines for writing.

Sorry, the binaries are untested, but there should be no problems, I changed
nothing in the source code.
