Hexabar has perfected the technique he uses to raise people's mental
abilities. I see though that we might be having some extra problems from
a technology group who is starting to design a set of chips which
will actually give you skills!!!

It's true. They already have the chips to add to your physical abilities
as do these operations (though I believe we are cheaper and there is no
maximum ability yet found). The new chip set will supposedly give anyone
an instant and complete understanding of the skill it was designed for.

I think this could really put our colleges out of business. Because of
my son's grades he had to attend computer school 3 times to get a complete
knowledge of it. That cost $15,000,000.00!!! Even if the chip cost half
that you see the bargain!

p.s. the code at the healer's for the mental upgrade is BRAINBOY. Hexabar
has raised the price to 2 million though.
