I understand your lack of belief in this procedure but I have seen it
myself. It is possible to have surgery now that will alter any of your
natural physical and mental features including strength and intelligence.
I was as hard pressed to believe this myself as you but I have seen the
results and even gone through a few case study files.

The big problem seems to be that no one is willing to discuss the place
where such a surgery takes place. It is not done within our own hospital
as far as I can tell. I have seen no indication that this procedure is
done anywhere within the city but I am sure it must be. The reports do
conclude however that the procedure is very expensive!
