The mountains to the south have finally been investigated. A craft was
found of alien design. It was, however, studied at great detail and
discovered to be incapable of long range flight. It therefore, is supposed
that the craft is part of a larger mother vessel and is used for the
landing of planetary assault teams.

The equipment on board was old and not in the best condition so figuring
out it's origin and uses is impossible. However, by design it looks as
if the craft would have attached to a larger vessel in such a way that
the larger craft's design must have held 100 of these 'landing pods'. The
pod contained nothing more than storage dens (empty) and 10,000 small
chambers which were apparently used for stasis affects much like our
own cryochambers and stasis fields. This means, we suppose, that each
mother ship could hold 1,000,000 troops in it's landing pods alone.

The entire Earth Defense Force (EDF) at the time of the alleged invasion
was reported to be about 20 million strong. 20 such mother ships could
match our entire planetary defenses and if their technology was greater
than ours then it is amazing we are not all pets for a greater alien cause.
