ccThere are a few things the council should know concerning the area of
intense investigation:

cb1. The rad count is not as high as we suspected.
2. No member of the team has reported any ill effects of being in the
	area of investigation.
3. The craft seems to have been in it's present location for quite some
	time. HOWEVER, there is indication that there was, until recently,
	power in it's interior.
4. No life was found inside but the design was very alien and our top 
	xenosuspector will issue a report concerning what he feel this craft
	is and where it came from.
5. Signs indicate that, as the council suspected, Overlord and his forces
	discovered the craft during their expedition. If there was some sort
	of alien disease present at the time of his arrival then it could 
	explain his mysterious disappearance.
