This version skips over 0.1.4 simply because 0.1.4 was going in a totally different direction. There were some serious bugs in 0.1.3, which 0.1.4 was built on, and I decided that I needed to go back to the source of the problem to get at them. After I clobbered them, I also set out to speed things up a bit. The product you hold in your hands now has no really new features, but is faster, less damaging, and potentially more stable.
