Note: There are new access controls on this system, which will only allow
      the use of USER/GET/PUT within a specified time-window. The window
      is controlled by the operator command FTWINDOW.

      Any attempt to use USER/GET/PUT outside the time-window will cause
      the session to be reset.

      Here the time window is set to 2311 - between 23:00 and 11:59 hrs
