New features in Chicago 1.4!

 The player can now leave a message to the next gangster.
 The player can choose to have the menu displayed at all times.
   (Useful for new players)
 The game will auto-reset when a player reaches 500,000 points.
 The game winners name is added to the "Gangsters hall of Fame".
 The highscore table automatically is shown when a player quits.

 Read the file "Chicago.doc" for NEW setup instructions to enable
 the game reset.
