What  do  editors  think about love and human feelings?  Are they so involved in
the scene that they consider all these sensations nothing but pure crap?

Well, let's have a look at what they said about it.

Let's  start  with  an  editor  which I consider a master, the forecaster of the
modern  scene-journalism,  3Orlando/Brainstorm1(R.i.p.); in an article which seems
to  be  his  goodbye  to the scene he writes about falling in love for the first
time 2 "...it's  an  utterly  new  experience; you are ankward and don't image to
2control  your thoughts.  And the problem how to approach the girl of your dreams
2seems  to  be  the  only  serious  problem  in  your life [...]"1 That love is an
overwhelming feeling is also stated by 3RokDaZone1, who, in a issue of Stolen Data
starts  the  forum "Love corner yes-Love corner no".  2"This article deals with a
2topic  getting  bad critics in several diskmags >> Love <<"1 our RokDa shouts and
he  keeps  on  2"People  wrote, love is not a proper topic for mags...  They have
2said  people  must  be  infanthile to write about it...  People won't read them,
2they  stated...   Well,  why  the hell do I still write about it?  Easy.  Simply
2because I'm in love and this is my way to deal with it.  Yes, believe it or not!
2I  write  about  it  and  it  makes  my head become clear so I'm able to sort my
2thoughts.   People  wrote it will help none if such stories about love appear in
2diskmags...   They  have  said  it  makes diskmags become yellow-press...  Well,
2yellow  press  is  very  popular,  don't  you  forget about that.  I also think,
2writing about one's own experiences MIGHT help others [..]"

I  think  it's  useless  to say I agree with RokDaZone, but I also think it's my
duty  to  report what another editor wrote about the idea of a Love-column, seen
as  a negative stuff, just a waste of time and diskmagspace.  And as this editor
is  one of the most serious and professional around the scene (and also famous!)
here  pops over his statements...  Go on 3Disney!2  "[..] Well, it might differ to
2your opinion but I really don't understand why those very private things have to
2be  discussed  in MAGS??!  To me it seems rather strange that people write their
2loving-experiences (?) into a mag which is read by people they don't even known.
2[..]  And if you have a 'broken heart', I don't think that writing about it in a
2computer-mag  is  the  right way, is it?  We know this painful feeling, everyone
2has  had  his  experiences  with  the girlies.  [..] So I think a diskmag is the
2wrong  place  for  all  'sentimental stuff'.  A mag isn't able to replace a good
2friend,  don't  you all agree?  I think love is a too much important thing to be
2put  in  any  relation  with the computer.  [..] It really seems so absurd to me
2that  people  read and write about LOVE on the computer!  These two things don't
2belong  to eachother, because they are THAT different.  It could be some kind of
2'fashion'  these  days to write about love in diskmags, but I don't really think
2that  it  makes  any  sense.   So these are my thoughts according this theme.  I
2don't  want  to say that the mags should stop those love articles, because there
2are  surely some guys who have fun when reading them.  Keep them up, but I don't
2think  that  I'll read any more of them.  I think that everybody has to have his
2own  experiences,  and  you won't get any wiser from reading mags.  Your time is
2much  better  spent  when  you  go out with some good friends and have some real
2adventures,  not  that  cold  computer crap.  Get eye-to-eye contact with a nice
2girl, not with your monitor!  [..]"

Woops.  It seems that also if names are not mentioned a good spandimerda quarrel
had  started  between RoKDaZone and Disney, I think 3Macno1 is crying for the fact
it ended even before to begin.
To a certain extent this riot remembers me the reactions when the first issue of
3"Scene  Lyrics"1  was  published by Grace.  Why the hell have short stories to be
published  on  diskmagazines  while you can read better stuff on real magazines,
books and so on?
It's just because the scene is a melting pot of people who have less or more the
same  age, interests and feelings, and other sceners like to know if their mates
passed the situations they have to face.
The  texts published here do not pretend to teach anything, they just pretend to
exist, to show they ARE and they deeply want to be read by someone, and, believe
me, someone will be happy to satisfy their wishes.
