Mandelbrot Explorer The Mandelbrot set is one of the most fascinating realms of computer art available to us. This is what Arthur C. Clarke uses his Amiga to play with. The Mandelbrot set is infinite; the more you magnify it, the deeper you delve into its endless array of patterns and colors. Here are the best utilities available to explore with. You may even come up with some pretty neat pictures! This disk has been dramatically upgraded since the initial release. To make room for the additional material, most things on the disk have been PowerPacked. They'll still run normally, but may take a second or two longer to run after clicking on the icon. If this slight delay bothers you, the Superbench disk set has a PowerPacker decompressor. You do need to copy the iff.library (for CPM and DEM) and the req.library (for MandelVroom) to your system's Libs: directory or they will not work.
