Then, try the following: < - Go down a level > - Go up a level G - More Missiles T - Less Missiles N - Extra Lives Fly to the top of the screen to avoid missiles. Slow down on levels 8 and 17 to avoid rocks. Go full speed to dodge infra-red missiles. --- After The War --- To become invulnerable, press the following three keys simultaneously; On Level 1 -> ALT, 1, B On Level 2 -> ALT, 1, M The password for Level 2 is 101069. --- Agony --- Type `FANTASY` then hit any of the following keys during play to activate a variety of cheats: Puts a sword underneath you owl. Puts a sword above your owl. Increases the size of your bullets. Press three times to gain an extra life. This final cheat can be repeated time and time again. --- Airball --- (hint) The spellbook is in the room with the candle. You have to pick up and remove the blocks to get it. Take the spellbook back to the start screen and drop it in the top left corner and follow the instructions to get the ingredients to complete the game. --- Alfred Chicken --- On level one, you must find a secret room with a telephone inside it - jump up and down the far right hand wall near the bottom of the screen and hold right on the joystick to get into the secrect corridor. Once you`ve got the telephone lots of cookies appear, jump into those to get even more bonus points, the go back to the main screen. You can now, using the fire button (blue button on CD32) shoot the snails and they will turn to cookies. Collect the cookies for bonus points. Proceed around the level until you are at the top left hand side. Fly up and headbut the top left corner and a tunnel will become visible. Now go to the top right hand side of the level an shoot the the corner, a block will appear. Jump onto this block and jump again into the unkown above it. You should now be able to walk across the top of the screen (you can`t see yourself but the screen moves). The next bit takes some pratice, what you need to do is get to the top of the screen on the springs before the chainsaw gets you. Ignore any goodies (unless you are extreamly clever) as the time is very tight. Persevere and you will get to another tunnel, go in and you will have found the level warp screen. On level three don`t be afraid to jump onto some spikes, because some turn into springs, bounce on these and headbut the air and sometimes a secret tunnel with a block under it. Jump on to the block and go into the tunnel, you will find lots of goodies (Note. Not The Goodies, but goodies(Older people might know what I`m on about)). --- Alien Breed --- To activate the cheat modes, simply logon to the Intex computer on Deck Two and type in the following for the relevant effects: I CANT BE ARSED TO PLAY THE FIRST LEVELS - Skip to level Three. IS IT TRUE THAT ALIENS SUPPORT MAN UTD - Makes the aliens weaker. PISSED AS A FART - Special comedy drunken mode! THE IRAQIS MADE THE WEAPONS - Makes the player`s weapon rather crap. SALMAN RUSHDIE PLAYS ALIEN BREED - Makes the player invisible. BEWARE ALIENS SPADGE HAS DROPPED ONE - Makes aliens run away from the player. PITBULLS ON THE LOOSE - Makes the aliens extra nasty. Also try holding the and keys to slow the game down. --- Aquaventura --- On the options screen, hold down and then press fire to start. You can now skip levels by pressing and skip to the tunnel section by pressing . --- Archer Mecleans Pool --- On the eight-ball games, when starting defeat in the face, wait for the computer to miss the last ball before the black, then pot it for him. Apparently the computer will be unable to pot anything further, despite being awarded a foul. --- Archipelagos --- Finish the first two Archipelagos and hit RETURN to select another. Type 8421 and hit RETURN twice. Now you can go wherever you want. It may be possible just to boot game then hit RETURN and enter 8421 to activate cheat. Enter 1 to 999 followed by RETURN key. Let me know if this works. --- Arkanoid --- Start the game as usual, and while playing the game, you can access the cheat mode by doing the following. Pause the game with the Space Bar. Now type 'DSIMAGIC' (do not hit return) and press Space to unpause the game. A yellow capsule, 'DS' will fall. Catch it. Now the following keys will make the following capsules fall at any time. [B] - Break (Opens gates and awards bonus points) [C] - Catch (Holds ball) [D] - Disruption (Split into 3 balls) [E] - Expand (Makes vaus larger) [L] - Laser (Gives you a laser used with mouse button) [P] - Extra Player (Self Explanatory) [S] - Slow (Slows down ball) In addition, pressing 'F' will send you to the last level to fight DOH. Be sure to give yourself lots of lives first. You can skip any level by using ENTER on the keypad. --- Arkanoid II : Revenge Of Doh --- On the high score screen, type 'DEBBIE S' for unlimited lives. When you die, wait until the title screen appears. Press CAPS LOCK, then type 'DALEY-88'. You will then continue on the same level you died on. On the title page, type 'ROBOCOPPETER' for continuous mode. When you die, wait until the title screen appears. Press CAPS LOCK, then type 'MAGENTA'. Now when playing, hit 'S' to skip levels. --- Armalyte --- Pause the game by pressing

. Now type in `DELTA 3`, you should now have infinite lives. --- Army Moves --- On level one hold down , & for invincibility. On level two hold down , & . The code for Part one is `101069`. --- Assassin: Special Edition --- To activate the cheat mode, start the game, pause and type `ANOTHERCHEATMODE`. This screen flashes, indicating the trainer mode is active. If this does not work then go to the password screen & type in `TIME` there. --- Atom Smasher --- To activate the cheat mode type `CATHERINE ZETA JONES` (including spaces) on the menu screen, you`ll hear `Ready`. Start the game then whilst in the game, skips levels, toggles infinite lives on & off, and toggles invincibility on & off. The access code for the level editor is `ZANDALEE`. --- Awesome --- When the Cargo/Energy display appears move the cursor to the top left of the screen, and press the <+> key on the keypad simultaneously. The screen should flash and you will have infinite lives & shields. --- Baal --- During the load push the right button for infinite lives as the screen blanks. In the second cavern there is a force field that seems impossible to get rid of. To get the time machine chunk beyond it, simply fall off the right side of the phone booth platform above. Get a high score over 1,000 points then quit game by holding joystick button and hitting the escape key. You will be taken to the high score table. Type "LOVEBUNDLE" and hit return. On the screen will show "PASSWORD ACCEPTED. TEST MODE ACTIVATED. TO DEACTIVATED JUST TWICE HIT RETURN." --- Baby Jo --- Level codes: MUMMY GLOUP YOUPI --- Back to The Future II --- Pause the action at any time and type THE ONLY NEAT THING TO DO (include spaces). The game will reset, indicating the cheat mode is active. The screen should turn grey. If so, you are now invulnerable and have unlimited lives. To kill the final Wizard, you must have a shield. When his shot comes at you, use the defense icon, and it will fly back at him. --- Bards Tale --- Load your party, go to the statistics screen for the first player. Pool all of the party's' gold to the first player, then remove him from the party, and then load him back in. Then pool the gold to another player. Repeat this for each player. If your tired of waiting for morning to come enter and exit the guild. Turn off the computer without saving the game and every player will have the gold of the entire party before. Repeat if wanted. --- Bards Tale II - The Destiny Knight --- If your tired of waiting for morning to come enter and exit the guild. Find a band of illusiosists and kill off the front line, have your castor conjure DISRUPT ILLUSION, you will keep disbelieving and gaining expierence. --- Bart Simpson And The Space Mutants --- To skip a level, type `SHEEP IN A GROUP WEARING HATS` during play. It`s also worth trying `EAT MY SHORTS` and `COWABUNGA` whilst on the title screen. --- Batman: The Movie --- While the title page is displayed, type 'JAMMMM'. If it works the title screen will flip upside down and you will be in cheat mode. You will have unlimited lives. Press F10 to skip levels. The final screen will also be upside down if you are still in cheat mode. In front of the fireplace is a switch that activates a door two or three rooms farther on in the castle when you step on it. This door leads to a water fountain. Looking into the fountain transports you to a room filled with water that has a never ending supply of water monsters. Take your best weapon and armour with you. Set your character on 'auto kill' and if he or she is able to hang in there, you can leave the character in the room for several hours or all night killing off zillions of monsters. Think about how the screen will look from a flipped perspective. A lot of jumps you make will be unnecessary and waste time and switches if you dont. It is possible to get stuck on a downward slope with no way to get back up or kill yourself, and the only way out is to press ESC and start the whole game over. When the timer runs out, the credit tokens disappear and aren`t regenerated. However, if you grab as many as you can and leave before the timer reaches zero, when you reenter the level, all the credit tokens should be back again. By doing this two or three times you will gain an extra life. When falling long distances, use the brolly power just before you hit the ground. It may only save you a small amount of energy but every bit counts. Heart pieces are located in the Rooftops, Hell, Cutesy Land and Sheet Muzak. Most levels change in some way during the game so always be sure there isn`t an exit you`ve missed when you pass through a level which you have visited before. Save your game frequently as it will take a long time to complete (roughly two and a half hours if you take the shortest route). Any levels which have water are bound to have a Fish power token nearby so don`t venture near it without one. Something strange might happen should you hit the right notes in the Organ Chamber. --- Hawkeye --- Press DELETE and when you die, you will warp to the next level. Go to the volcano, fight the ants, and next day, visit Elmer's station. He'll thank you for saving his life and give you more flamethrower fuel. The entrance to the ants' nest will never appear on the main map, but there are several other ways to get there: - By taking a flight from Hilber's Field. - By driving a tank from a battle going on at a nearby location. - By going south when you are in a battle at the M1 mine. The entrance to the nest doesn't stay open long enough for you to get in before the ants start invading the various locations in the town, so you'll have to wait until they do. The 11th is the best day to enter the hole since it is very hot and there are few ants around. If you try cooler days, there willprobably be too many of them around for you to handle. Also, if you decide toget to the hole by plane, you can land safely on the dirt road parallel to the tracks leading to the M1 mine. --- Ivanhoe --- Pause the game. Type JC IS THE BEST (including spaces) to activate the cheat mode, then unpause to continue. Now pressing N advances you a level. DELETE kills all on screen enemies. Humpback Accelerate around to the hump, so that you reach 200mph by the time you are half way up. At this speed you should manage to have a fair jump and landing. On the other ramps, either keep below 130mph or above 180mph. Anything between these speeds will result in hefty damage. The rest of the track should be taken at about 170mph. Big Ramp Take the first two small ramps at 170mph, then get up to 210mph for the main ramp. The rest of the course should be a doodle. Stepping Stones Head down the starting straight at 110 mph and take the second gap at 100mph. When you get to the steps, push up to 140mph and nudge the speed up if it falls below 110 mph. High Jump Get up to about 210mph from the start to clear the jump and keep under 200mph for the small jump. You can tackle the slanted road in one of two ways - either keep at the top and keep the speed up, or give the car a slight nudge to the right every now and then. If you do mannage to slip off the side of the road simply push the Fire-button as well as pushing forward and right instantly. Roller Coaster Keep your speed under 110mph on the first hill that you come to and you should take the bumps fairly easily. Ski Jump Keep the speedo just below 100mph when you go up the first hill and on the second keep to around 140mph, slowing down after the jump. For the big jump, get up to 220mph, but if you can`t manage it just crawl around and you`ll live. Drawbridge When you`re at the drawbridge, put the pedal to the metal when the bridge has gone down about halfway. Tackle all the hills for the next ramp at 140mph. Then on the bumpy section head down the middle of the track at 170mph. Lastly, get up to top speed for the downhill jump. General hints If you get stuck in a hole, drive slowly to the wall and accelerate with boost. You should hit the track or drive of the edge minimising the damage.
