Keyboard Commands


The format for keyboard input is very simple: it is a command character,
or a number followed by a command character.  Spaces, punctuation, and 
carriage returns are not needed, and are ignored.  Most command 
characters have an obvious meaning, but several could not.

0-9			Number entry.
-			Negative sign entry.
.			Decimal point entry.

# n	npts		Set the number of points in the curve (1-1000).

# t	theta		Set the number of revolutions for equator (theta).
# p	phi		Set the number of revolutions for polar cycles (phi).

# r	radius		Set the number of ripple cycles in the radius.
# d	delta		Set the size of the ripples in the radius, (percent).

# j			Set the initial position of theta, in degrees.
# k			Set the initial position of phi, in degrees.
# l			Set the start point of the radius ripples, in degrees.

# T	Theta mod.	Set equator modulation rate.
# P	Phi mod.	Set polar modulation rate.

# J			Set equator modulation phase.
# K			Set polar modulation phase.

# w	width		Set equator modulation width.
# W	Width		Set polar modulation width.

# v	variance	Set radius distortion value.

x	x		View the curve along the X axis.
y	y		View the curve along the Y axis.
z	z		View the curve along the Z axis.

X Y Z			View the curve along the axis, and force a redraw.

=	do-it		Erase the window and redraws the curve.
e	erase		Erase the window.
c	colors		Toggle on/off two colors for Z axis.
u	update		Toggle on/off auto-redraw setting.

A	axes		Toggle on/off the axes display.
O	origin		Toggle on/off the origin display.
G	grid		Toggle on/off the dimple grid.
m	mark		Set or toggle marker position.
<	down		Decrement marker position by 1 point.
>	up		Increment marker position by 1 point.
{			Decrement marker position by 10%.
}			Increment marker position by 10%.

,	dot		Draw only the points of the curve.
/	line		Draw the curve with connected lines.
\	line2		Toggle between dots and lines.

o	open		Open a project file, and reads the parameters.
s	save		Save the Lissa parameters to the current project file.
a, S	save as		Save the parameters to a new file.
g	generate 	Generate an object for the curve.
!	run!		Run an ARexx script.

@	closure		Toggle on/off closed path setting.
$	spline		Toggle on/off spline curve setting.
F	face		Toggle on/off add faces setting.
#	number		Set object type.

f	front		Bring the Lissa window to the front.
b	back		Send the Lissa window to the back.

*			Read the settings from the configuration file.
~			Save the current setup to the configuration file.

?	huh		Show version requester.
i	info		Show information panel.
h	help		Bring up help requester.
q	quit		Quit the program.
