 Menu Runner is a replacement menu for the Workbench screen. Disguised
as a mind mannered menu clock, MR allows you to run up to 60 of your most
precious programs. The program is simplicity itself. All you do is edit
a simple text file to put your own commands in the menus. MR displays the 
current time, chip memory, fast memory, and total free memory. The names in
the menus can be anything you wish up to 18 characters (ex. Show a Picture).
The file name can be up to 50 characters. You can have different data files
setup. Just type `MR datafilename' or have an icon for same with MR as the
default tool. MR.data is the default for both CLI and Workbench. Below is the
information on how to customize the menus for your own system.


Editing Data File:

The first line in the enclosed MR.data file has to be there. This allows MR
to see if it is a valid MR.data file.

The next line tells MR how many menu selections to use and also what colors
to use for the clock. The entries can be any number up to 60. It is best to
use a number that is divisible by four since MR makes four columns. If you
do not, the remaninder of menu items will be added to the last column. The 
BackPen is the color for the background and FrontPen is for the text. Enter
a number from 0 to 3. These are the same used by your Workbench. If you are
using one of the hacks to give you more than 4 colors on Workbench then any
of those numbers would also be valid.

THe following line is an example of how to set up a menu item:

A. The number in front of the `*' tells which line to read. 

B. The text between the first and second `*' is the name that will appear in 
the menu.

C. The text that is between the second and third `*' is the command itself. 
The `%s' tells where you want the extension (if any) to be placed. It is not
needed if you use the `N' option for the extensions.

D. Now this is where MR really shines. You have 3 options for extensions:
   1. N = No extension is needed.
   2. E = This opens a window asking for input.
   3. R = This opens the ARP file requester.
Look at the example data file to see how you can use these different options
to your best advantage.

E. This is like the FrontPen above. You can set what color you want the menu
item to be. This can be helpful to you to let you know what type of option is
being used or to just color coordinate your menus.


If the command you use has any output, a window is opened up to show you. If
you use the `run' command in the menu it will not return any output. If you
do use it I recommend that you use `run >NIL:'. This way you do not need the
original cli open or a CON window opened for Workbench.

SPECIAL NOTE: The MR.data file must be the SAME length. You can replace the
text that is there but you must use the same amount of characters.
