Changes to V4.8 (09/27/94)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
* New RsrvMemV (revenge of RsrvMem) corrects problems with tasks that
  call schedule().  One of those 5:00am typing boo-boo's.  We also made
  a few more speed optimizations.  Thanks goes to Ken Dyke for pointing
  the mistake.

* Corrected a problem with file transfers.  It is possible that if an
  application's MACBinary header was invalid that the invalid data would
  be passed along.  Since some of the positions in the MACBinary header
  are used as offsets, any that were incorrect would cause the transferred
  file to be invisable, or the icon data (if imbedded into the app itself)
  would not be visable.

* Changed the way RESOURCE forks are transferred to allow for moving a data
  fork into a resource fork deliberately (something required for font
  conversion).

* Created 1152x900 direct video driver for the Picasso II video board.

* Corrected problems with running System 7.5 in 32 bit addressing mode.
