Hi Polaris Freaks!

I've got your Mag Outer Limits issue 4
some days ago.  Some short impressions
from  me.   I've also read the issue 3
of  Outer  Limits  and I must say that
the  coder  did  a great job!  The new
style is much better than the old one.

Now  its really possible to select the
article   you  wanna  read  with  your
mouse.   But  some improvements should
be  done!   While choosing the article
in  the menu you should make stand out
the selected article by another colour
than the other articles.

Why  not  support powerpacked modules?
Isn't   it   possible   to   use   the
powerpacker  library as the Protracker
does  it?   When choosing another song
than the two songs on the disk you are
forced  to copy your song on the disk.
It  would  be  much  better if you can
take a song from another disk by using
any file-requester!

Support  the  printer next time!  F.i.
I   printed  out  the  'How  to  write
articles'     text     with    another
textproggy.   At the moment your texts
are'nt packed yet but in future...  So
it's more easy with a printer-support!

Why  do  you take money for an graphic
advert?   It's  better  to say send us
three  or more articles and you get an
free  graphic-advert!  By packing your
text you'll get enough room for larger
adverts!  And the guys who support you
will  enjoy  this  offer.   From other
people   you  should  take  of  course
money.

The  texts were quite interesting this
time.  Keep this standard!

All  other  points  are  in my opinion
very  good.   So  goodby  and have fun
doing this mag!

OK. Thanx for your words of wisdom...

   Highlighting  the  selected atricle
in  the  menu  will  be implemented in
future  releases.   I'll  have that in
mind.
   PowerPacker support would have been
added  much  earlier,  if  I  had  the
library  docs...   As  soon  as  I get
them,  I'll  use  it.  As well as your
idea  of using module on another disk.
Excellent idea, BTW...
   Printer  support  is allready noted
for implementation, but I simply don't
have  enought time.  (Besides the fact
that I don't have a printer!)
   Why  do  we take money for adverts?
Because  we  need it badly!  Get this:
the  average pay in Croatia these days
is  around 100-150DM!  Now, you try to
live  with that!  10DM we charge for a
graphic  advert  can  give  me  a nice
seven  evenings  in  town...  It's not
easy  living  down  here.   This  work
could make it a bit easier, if someone
payd  an  ad...   So, do it out of the
goodness of your heart, if not for the
privilege of having your ad published!
But,  since  you're a nice dude here's
the  deal:   You  write  three quality
articles  for  the next issue, and you
get  a  graphics  ad  for  free!  Fair
enough?
   We   have   to   congratulate  you,
because   you're   THE  FIRST  article
writer  who  sent  a completely edited
article  to  us!   To  award you, from
now,  and till the end of the TOL, you
have a free ad in each issue!
