This  mag is free for distribution, but if you want to recieve it directly from
us  then use our diskback service.  The price is one tested 3.5" disk.  We have
to do this to cover the postage cost.  We won't make money on this, believe it,
but  it  would  be  stupid  if  we  lost money on it.  Getting mag via diskback
service  means  that we will send you next issue a few days before the official
release  date.   You need to send us two disx.  One for the mag and one for the
postage.

If you would like to place an advert in THE OUTER LIMITS the procedure is quite
simple.   Write  your  advert  in a text editor or on a piece of paper.  Format
37x21  characters.   WRITE  IN  PLANE  ASCII ONLY!  NO SPECIAL CHARS!!!  In the
letter  you  may  indicate  the parts to be in coloured text or bold and italic
styles.   If  you  send  us a text advert together with the filled survey sheet
then the ad is free, otherwise you will have to pay 2DM for the ad.
  Prices are
as follows:
                   320x190 in 1-32 colors ad costs 10 DM.
                   640x190 in 1-16 colors ad costs 15 DM.

(Or the equivalent in your own or other convertible currency.)

Here's  the survey sheet.  We will spread the sheets together with the mag, but
if you didn't manage to get one, just write it down on a paper.  You don't need
to write the questions, just the answers, ok?
