This  mag  is  free  for distribution.  But if you want to recieve mag directly
from  us then use our diskback service.  The price is one tested 3.5" disk.  We
have  to  do  this  to  cover  the  postage cost.  We won't make money on this,
believe  it.   But  it would be stupid if we lost money on it.  Getting mag via
diskback  service  means that we will send you next issue a few days before the
official  release date.  You need to send us two disx.  One for the mag and one
for the postage.

If you would like to place an advert in THE OUTER LIMITS the procedure is quite
simple.   Write  your  advert  in a text editor or on a piece of paper.  Format
37x21  characters.   WRITE  IN  PLANE  ASCII ONLY!  NO SPECIAL CHARS!!!  In the
letter  you  may  indicate  the parts to be in coloured text or bold and italic
styles.  The text adverts are free, but you'll have to pay for picture adverts.
Prices are as follows:

320x190 in 1-32 colors (1-5 planes) ad costs 10 DM.
640x190 in 1-16 colors (1-4 planes) ad costs 15 DM.

(Or the equivalent in your own or other convertible currency.)
