The VD1 Video Digitizer is a "TRUE" NTSC freeze frame that grabs incoming 
video images at the rate of 1/60th or 1/30th of a second.  This relates 
directly to the frame and field rate of NTSC signals.

Once the image is captured through the use of the digitizing software, you 
can then manipulate this image in any manner that you wish.  The software 
that allows this manipulation is called Diamond.  (for further information on 
Diamond please refer to the Diamond Spec Sheet)

All images are captured in Overscan and can be saved in the following 
formats: RGBN, RGBN4 and IFF (ILBM)
