Either  you  love or hate techno.  This
article  is  not  meant  for  the  guys
hating  it.   It  is meant for guys who
are  looking for some cool techno CD's.
Ofcourse  not every CD I have described
is  new,  but old doesn't mean bad, you
know.    O.K,   let's  start  with  the
review:   First  there  is  Mindblowing
Technomania 1 & 2.  There are 10 tracks
on  number one and 14 on the other one.
Especially  good  numbers  in  number 1
are:   L.A  Style  with  James Brown is
dead,  and  the  wellknown  2 Unlimited
with  Get  ready  for  this.  The other
tracks are nice, some more than others,
but  these two are the best (and first)
numbers  on  the  CD.   All in all a CD
above average.  Number 2 of Technomania
is real good.  Some of the good numbers
are:   2 Unlimited with Twillight zone,
R.T.Z  with  Dance your ass off, Demona
with Betrayed, Opus Magnum with Rave to
the  joy  (classic)  and  Hysteria with
Take  me  higher.   But  I can't really
find  a  real  bad  song on this CD, so
it's  definitely worth buying!  Both CD
cost  about  150  Dkr.   Then  we  have
Technoworld  volume  two,  a  double CD
with   26  songs.   The  absolute  best
number  on the CD's is M.N.O with a God
of  Abraham  remix.  This one is really
COOL,   and   is   one   of   the  best
technotunes  in my opinion!  Other cool
tunes  are U.H.F with U.H.F (nice piano
tune) and Technoline with Dead by Dawn,
but  all  numbers  are fairly good, and
there's something for every taste.  The
two CD's costs about 250 Dkr.
The  double  CD  by  U.F  Orb  is a bit
extraordinary,  the  tunes  are made by
japanese people, the style is different
and  some  of  the songs are quite long
(40  mins.!).   It  is  a  kind of deep
techno, and if you like that, you'll be
happy  for  this one.  Also a very good
price  for  the  two  CD's.   The  best
numbers  are  Blue  Room  and Towers of
Dub.   I  don't  know  what to think of
this  one  but  generally this would be
something  for  people  who  don't like
traditional  techno.   150  Dkr  for 11
numbers.
Now  for  some  danish  techno (or kind
of)!    The  Overlords  are  a  strange
danish  group  who sing on almost every
track!   Still,  if you get used to it,
you'll  (maybe) like the style.  The CD
Organic   is   very   popular  here  in
Denmark,  and  their  style  is  a  bit
different    than   usually,   a   good
difference   if   you  listen  to  much
"ordinary" techno.  The best numbers on
Organic   are   Organic,   Holiday   in
Cambodia and Sundown, but generally all
11  numbers  are  good,  except one (no
name's  mentioned).   The  price is 150
Dkr, but it may be sold out!
I  also  have the CD Moontrap from this
group.   It  has  a  VERY low price and
contains  four  versions  of  the  good
number   Moontrap.   Maybe  you  should
invest  in  this  one.  The numbers are
good  and  the  price is small.  50 Dkr
for the joy.
Now to the most expensive ones:  Techno
Trax 4 & 7.  Both are double CD's taken
from  MTV's  program (that explains the
price).   I have more than the two, but
I   won't  write  about  all  of  them,
because   there   are  too  many!   But
generally  all CD's are quite cool with
numbers  for every (techno) taste, it's
just  expensive.  Anyway, Techno Trax 4
is  the  best  of the two, with numbers
like  U  96 with Das Boot, Phantom with
The  Abyss, Holy Noise with James Brown
is  still  alive,  The Creator with The
Creator,  Mig-29 with Mig-29 and so on.
I  think  Das  Boot  is  the most known
techno  tune  ever!   It  also is cool.
The  Abyss  is  also  VERY good, in the
same  rank  as  God of Abraham.  Techno
Trax  7  isn't as good as number 4, but
it  contains  the  most  famous  techno
soundtrack  at  this  time, That is the
ultra   giga   cool   No   Limit  by  2
Unlimited.    One  of  the  three  best
technotunes  ever!   Other good numbers
are  Interactive  with  Amok  and  Holy
Noise  with The Nightmare.  Techno Trax
4  has  got  19  numbers while number 7
contains  21 tracks.  The price for one
of  the  Techno  Trax series is usually
300-350 Dkr.
