ÉÍ     BRAINSTORM SEARCHS FOR FAMEÈË
------------------------------------

Brainstorm  is hunting for groups to
join   them.    Lately  they  got  a
section    in    Denmark   lead   by
Pride/ex-Flash   Productions.   They
also  asked  Andromeda if they would
like   to   join   them.   Andromeda
consists    of   16   members,   but
Andromeda is a group where everybody
know everybody.  So they Éturned down
Èthe  offer because they still wanted
to   be   in   personal  touch  with
everyone in the group.  Ê(Smart guys,
ehhh!  Ed.)È

It  looks  like  Brainstorm is quite
desperate   to  get  new  productive
members  into  their  group.   I ask
myself:   ÉWHY?È   Is  it because they
want  to  be more famous ?  Or is it
other purposes ?

If  it  just because of getting more
famous.   I  don't like the thought!
Here  I  like  more,  The  Phenomena
strategy.   They will not acceptÉANY
Èmembers    outside   Sweden.    What
happens?,  Phenomena  is  among  the
best  demogroups  and it seems to be
no problems with the organisation of
the  group.  A example for others to
follow!   Rebels  is  a  group  with
members in many countries.  But what
happens!..  One moment Heatbeat is a
member,  but  suddenly  he  is  out.
Trix  goes  out.   Sanity  goes in..
The  members  change  all the time..
No  organisation...   A comment from
Chaos/Rebels  É" There is nobody who
knows  who  is member of this group,
memberlist  wanted!"È  I  will leave
this   comment   with   no   further
comments!

a member of Rebels! Ed.)

A extract from Brainstorms letter to
Andromeda:

É"At  the  moment we are number 10 at
the Eurocharts!"

Everybody can read between the lines
and  say IF you join  us we will get
Éeven  higherÈ  ranked....  So what is
the  aim  of  Brainstorm  ?   To get
ranked  as  high  as possible on the
Eurocharts?.   I  begin to wonder if
it  was  that which was the aim when
Zine  got started !  For example why
did  they have a big Brainstorm logo
at  the top in the first issues.  So
when  Zine  are  saying  that groups
should  not  start a diskmag because
of fame, they have  already did that
themselves!.       I     call     it
ÊÉDOUBLE-DEALING...

before deadline, so we could not ask
Brainstorm  to look through it.  But
if  Brainstorm  has something to add
to  this  article.   They  can  send
their   opinions   to  us  or  write
something in Zine....
