Documentation "ShowKeys" for support utility

The program "ShowKeys" can be used to create a list of key bindings for any
keytable.  To use, simply type "showkeys", followed optionally by the name of
the keytable that you want listed.  If you don't supply the name of a
keytable, "S:RS.Keytable" is assumed.  To send the output to a file or the
printer, simply use normal output redirection:

     1> showkeys >myFile
     1> showkeys >prt:

The following is a list of suggested key bindings.  You are free to use any
key bindings that suit you, however you may like to start with the following
bindings, and develop your own style as you go along.  The file "RS.Keytable"
in the root directory of the ReSource_1 distribution disk contains all of the
following bindings.

NOTE: If you run ShowKeys from the Workbench by double-clicking on the icon,
then either the icon (and program) must be in the same directory as the
RS.KeyTable, or RS.KeyTable must be in the S: directory.
