What is Blitz-View?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Blitz View is a IFF picture viewer, I made it for the Nicron Productions 
catalogue disk and in its current state, it only has one option, to display
Med-Res IFF pictures.

Usage
~~~~~
 To use Blitz View from Workbench either 1) Set the "Default Tool" to 
Blitz-View or 2) Click once on the Blitz-View icon and press SHIFT, then 
double click on the picture you want to show.
 From CLI, the default is:  Blitz-View [FILENAME].

Options
~~~~~~~
 This version has loads of options, they are... (n.b: There are no options)

Whats Wrong?
~~~~~~~~~~~~
 If the screen flashes you have not specified a filename, see usage for how
to specify a filename.

 This program has been tested by a number of people including me, I 
understand that this file should work and not damage your computer setup 
or equiptment, but I CANNOT be held responsible for HD muckups or any 
other setup/equipment or program muckups.

 I am glad to tell you that Blitz View is not the only program Nicron 
Productions have written. We have a full range of games and utils and all 
are alot better than Blitz View as this was only a small project that took
