2 5 88c 94a 5a6 A situation remarkably similar to Ireland, which lately became well-known on the matter concerning the 14 year old girl being denied abortion after rape. Take for example the Vatican, they are, with good reason, Ébeing blamed Èfor the explosive increase in the population the last couple of years in the third world, especially in Latin-America. The reason being that Ê 99% in Latin-America are catholicsÈ, and they listened more to the Vatican who totally forbid any contraceptives than to their government. So, most families now Éhave up to 10 childrenÈ. This is just one example of religions directly interfering with millions of people, and NOT with positive consequences. Because, you must understand, the goal for É ALL religionsÈ, the sole purpose for a religion, is to gain control over as much as possible. A lesson that ought to be learned by now, is that religions and politics must not be mixed. A question that rises is "ÊShould democratic rights be allowed for enemies of the democracy?È", and the answer should be an eardeafening ÉNOÈ. Any attempts mixing politics and religion together must be strictly and totally forbidden. Religious hysteric has been the excuse for many dark deeds. It is hard to find a religion which is not spoiled with the blood of innocent people. Wars have been fought in the name of all sorts of gods and in modern war there ironically are fieldpriests. Priests who bless people that will Êkill and die for no reasonÈ. Of all religions that claim to be the one and only true religion, I find Christianity the most intolerant, the most hypocritical and blood stained of all religions. Throughout history it has tried to stop any attempts to think individually, to make progress and changing tings. Those who opposed the Church were dommed for Hell and jailed, sometimes executed. The fear of Satan and devil worshipping has given the Church excuses to perform genocide on jews and made millions Édie at the stakeÈ. And all the crusades were for one reason only, to slaughter those who believed wrong. The Christianizing of many countries was easy, either the natives said they loved Jesus or they were killed. But what I think is the right thing to do concerning religion is to let people believe exactly what they want. Respect that people may have a different view and live by that, and ÉNOT Ètry to force your own belief upon others. Unfortunately many organizations and "ÊreligionsÈ", ie the Scientologists and such, are systematically brainwashing people into complete loyalty to them. This is examples of religions or way of life that have no place in a modern democracy and should be forbidden. Sadly, the only religion that fully respects other religions is zen-buddhism. But to conclude this article I would just like to add: É GOD IS DEAD! È(ÊF.NietzscheÈ) Remember: ÉNO LAW, NO CRIME! ÿ
