3                       THE UFO CONSPIRACY - INTRODUCTION


UFO  are  always  a  quite  HOT  topic  to  discuss, if what it's written on the
following  articles  is  true,  they  probably  would  be  the  HOTTEST and MOST
IMPORTANT topic to talk about.

The  files  which  follow  are  all  about  the  declarations of William Cooper,
american,  whose  declarations,  believed  or not, have the power of leaving the
reader in a unstable state of disorientation.

Texts  of  similar tone, if not the same, have perhaps already been published in
other diskmags, we publish them anyway, because they are interesting and if true
they must be known by the largest number of people.

The articles:

- 2The  UFO  Conspiracy 11.  It's the report of a Milton William Cooper's  speech.
  Written  and  Compiled  by  David  E.   Stewart.   It can be read as a sort of
  introduction  to  Cooper's following documents.  Some parts have been coloured
  and evidenced by us, in order to facilitate the reading.

- 2The  UFO  Conspiracy 21. It contains:
  - Appendix  A:   The first official Cooper's document about the whole  affair.
    Read this to understand everything about his points.
  - Appendix B:  Some addresses and contacts in order to find documentations and
    informations.
  - Appendix  C:   The  comments  of David E.  Stewart and some more  background
    infos  about the matter.  Stewart is the guy who compiled The UFO Conspiracy
    files and put them on Usenet.
  In  some  parts  the  file  transmission  has  been  disturbed.  When you read
  [TRANSMISSION  GARBLED] you have not to think about a CIA attempt to cover the
  matter ;-)

- 2Majestic 12 and Krll1.
  Majestic Twelve is a more complete and updated file about the matter; Krll is
  the  name of a supposed UFO hostage who lived in captivity for some years in a
  american  base.  This file make some precisations about the secret papers that
  talk about it.

- 2Blue Book / Project Grudge1  is another file by William Cooper about the report
  #13  of  USAF's  Blue Book, a classified document about UFO.  It concerns Bill
  English's discoveries about it.

- 2Petition  to  Indict1  is  a  document  where  Cooper and others ask to the USA
  Congress  to  investigate  and  punish  all the people responsible for the UFO
  cover up in the last 50 years.  They are accused of one of the worst crimes of
  history and for that they have to be condemned.  Among the others, George Bush
  is called for impeachment (the document dates back at his presidential years).
