±41Reviews  - What do we need em' for?...
A very good question I think!  I mean,
what's  the point!  The only thing you
will   find   out   is  the  reviewers
peronally  opinion of the production..
Yes!   Why should we care about that??
Let's  say  that  XX of XX team writes
something like this:

"Super-Gnu  IV"  by GNU TEAM:  The GFX
is  nice,  the  effects  in da show is
quite good too!  The only thing that I
don't like is the design!  It stinks!

GFX: 80%     MUSIC: 78%   EFFECTS: 83%
DESIGN: 45%  CODE: 70%    OVERALL: 71%

Ok?   So  what?   Who  cares  what  he
thinks  about it?  I don't and I think
the  most  don't  give  a shit what he
thinks   about  it  either!!   I  mean
what's   the   point???   To  fill  up
diskspace?   Yes  probably!   The most
important  thing  is  if  you like the
production  or  not!   Not if XX likes
it!

out there thinking like me, but surely
also  a  lot  of people who reads your
reviews, so keep on writing...

±41I have to disagree with you, because I
have  an  entirely  different  opinion
about  reviews.   For  totally unknown
groups  it  would  be  really great to
have  their  productions reviewed in a
diskmagazine.    I  must  say  that  I
enjoyed reading reviews of Headline #1
in  different  diskmags, and it really
gave  me something to think about too!
I  think  that if someone tries, it is
possible    to    be   CREATIVE   when
critizising   someone   or   someone's
products.   Then  you can improve like
e.g:   after  being told that Headline
didn't   include  enough  articles  in
issue  1,  I  knew that it would be an
idea  to  include more articles in the
next   issue!    (Well,  I  knew  that
allready,  but  you  get the point...)
And  another  thing, if you don't like
reading    reviews,   then   you   are
perfectly  welcome to SKIP the reviews
and   read   something  else  instead.
After  all,  we  have  to have publish
something  for everybody - and I think
that   someone  out  there  likes  the
reviews  better  than  something  else
again,  so  please understand my point
of view and be realistic!
