Minimum spec: AGA Amiga, 2 meg Chip
               RAM and a hard drive.
Recommended : Turbo board and Fast
               RAM.

This review is based on the minimum
specs. I will update if I feel it's
needed when I get my Fast RAM.

Installation takes 1 hour (You read
that right! 1 hour!) so make sure you
have some time on your hands before
you begin.

As a Street Fighter fan off the SNES I
had to get this version for my Amiga
as it wasn't going to be available for
the SNES. So here are my views:

The actual game is swift to play, but
a little shallow in the other
departments with a basic A1200. For a
start there is no music when you fight
and there is no sound effects except
for the cracking skulls and blocking
sounds, the special moves don't due to
lack of memory. So play some of your
own music while playing.

The animated characters move very
smoothly and are extremely detailed,
but if you were an expert at the rest
of the games it might take some
getting used to as the collision
animation has changed a little from
the last games. The difficulty level
is also much harder (Ryu's still a
cunt to beat!).

There are 16 characters to play with
and at least 1 hidden character called
Akuma, although I haven't managed to
access him yet, but I am working on
it. The stages are graphically
gorgeous and are nearly full screen
when playing with high detail on. The
computer controlled players are now
more intelligent than in previous
games and don't always fall for the
same trick.

Overall, it's a game to be enjoyed on
the long term by Street Fighter fans
only. I would not recommend this to
somebody who hasn't played the
previous games because of the lack of
sound and so on. As they would
dismiss it for those reasons and not
give the actual game a chance.

So on the basic A1200, with no
upgrades:
