|2-Team 17 |1-May not quit the Amiga! BUY ALIENBREED 3D - KEEP TEAM 17 WITH AMIGA! -------------------------------------------- Team 17 Feedback Hi, Welcome to Team Talk, the bit of TeamSevNeteen where you get to have your say. Just drop us mail, using the mail form below (OK, so there is no form below, but there will be soon), or by email to TeamTalk@team17.co.uk), and if your letter is amusing, erudite and interesting, the chances are we won't understand it. Inane drivel, however, will stand a good chance of getting published here on this page. Remember to take a look at our FAQ page too, because the most common queries will end up on there. Take care, and get writing. Mail we have received (and not made up, honest) ^21^^55 The Screenshot for Project X is very impressive. What are it's requirements for PC? Oh, I appear to have trouble downloading the demo from the page. The file doesn't seem to exist. Could you guys check on that? Thanks. Allen Hui The PC version of Project X requires a 386DX33 with 4 Mb of RAM. Erm, sorry about the problem with the demo. I blame UNIX and it's petty insistance on getting the case right. Bloody computers. Anyway, you should be able to download it now... So what's the score with new Amiga titles now the Amiga has new owners? Ian Whitfield Jonathan Anderson of Escom is coming down to see us next week and we will be discussing our future plans with him then. We will post more information after our meeting! Watch this space! I'm very interested in Arcade Pool, but I have no idea where I can get hold of it here in Northern California, USA. Do you know of any mail order places that might carry it? Also, since I have no need for overdrive, is it cheaper to order Arcade Pool alone? Tim "Lord Gek" Jordan Pool is distributed in the US by Tekmagic. Any good dealer should be able to order it through them. The US edition of Arcade Pool is bundled with Overdrive, so you can't order them seperately. Sorry. I just bought a copy of the truly amazing game Super Stardust for the CD32. Right then. It runs on my Zappo OK (although the intro isn't displayed.. oh well). My question is - is there any way to "activate" the keyboard for use in the game? I despise the CD32 controller and would prefer to use the keyboard. My other question is - why doesn't Super Stardust accept the normal fire button on my two button Only button two works. Is this the Zappo emulations fault? Greg Helps Sorry, but you are stuck with the CD32 controller, as the CD version of Super Stardust can't use the keyboard. We'll try to put stuff like this in in future. I think you are right about the joystick stuff. It sounds like a problem with the emulation or a dodgey joystick. Have you tried shouting at it? I am very glad to see that you are developing for the Jaguar. I am sure that your company is one that can truly tap the power of the machine... However, I would like to suggest that since there is so much similarity between the Jag and the Amiga that some of the games could be easily ported to the JagCD at a minimal cost... James Douglas Saint Team 17 are currently supporting all major platforms, the Jag being one of them. Unfortunately we have no plans to "quickly" port older existing Amiga titles, although it's nice to know that you still see a future for them!
