IN INSIDER'S EYES

    This article is refering to pronoucement of The Knight's girlfriend - Mariola, who wrote the article "The Amiga scene In Outsider,s eyes", which was published in GEDAN #1. I'd like to explain some things, that I don't agree with them. At first I don't think, that making another, apparently less attractive magazine, is wasting of time. Certainly, there are many of disk mags on the Polish scene, and some of them are really bad quality, especially they have low level of articles. But is there a mag which is only about problems of Polish scene? In the many disk mags articles about the scene are inaccurate and they they take place in 1 sometimes 2 sections. For some people it's too little, especially for swappers, who wanna know any information which is connected with the scene.
I think that the other people (graphicians, musicians etc.) are also interested in the scene subjects. So it'll be very good if we have one good mag, which will run out of scene subjects in full (why not GEDAN?)

    By the way, I'm not wonder at The Knight's girlfriend, 'cause I know how much work is to make mag (especially for main editor), and how much time it takes. But everybody give less or more time to the scene. On the other way there's Copy Party. It's more difficult to me to explain my point of view, 'cause I'm on "the other side of barricade", that means: I'm a boy. Maybe as a girl I wouldn't see anything cool in this kind of parties, but as I've just said, I'm a boy and Copy Party is really cool for me, especially this in Warsaw (Intel Outside I). People play there, get new contacts, they feel simply good. And this, that there was strip-tease on the last party of that kind, well, I remind that 99,9% of participants are men and all of them like this things (maybe they don't, if they are geys).
Anyway, there's better atmosphere in the hall and it well betoken it. Other thing is pressence young people on the hall, who're looking at everything around. But don't exaggerate, the naked woman isn't any new for 15-ager. Anyway he could see "strongest" scenes from this on the Party in state TV. In general I don't think that this kind of attractions demoralize young people to a certain degree. At last we don't live in XVIII century and the subjects like "sex" aren't taboo and "for adults only". And at the end I'd like to say (I mean: to write), that I agree with Mariola in this, that everyone should specialize in one thing (msx, gfx, other) and by this there should be made better productions with better quality, with better design, etc.
OK, that's all what I had to say in this matter. Maybe other outsiders have other points of view on the Amiga scene and wanna give them to others in GEDAN..., We're inviting!
