*3@2 Till the Next Time!*2@1 =================== ]5@7 by the Editor ]1@5 Well first off, I would like to apologize to all those members who have been waiting with@3 "Bated Breath"@5 for the 3rd Release of the@4 GAUG Gazette. @5 Sorry!@1... @5 I know it is slightly late in appearing. The truth of the matter is quite simply that so few members actually contributed articles this time around. Ok! We have had Euro 2000 keeping us glued to the T.V. We have had a spell of reasonably good weather that has had us all out sun bathing in our Gardens, And of course we are in the Holiday Season. So I suppose it is only expected that Submission are few and far between. I would like to Thank all the group Members who have Made the effort ..And to @4Francis@5 for supplying the excellent Music modules for this Issue. Thanks Guys with our your efforts this Issue would not have appeared#1 :) @5 Its rather sad that if you look at the Letters Page, You will see I received 3 letters this month regarding the Gazette@1 ...@52 of these from people who are not connected with our User Group, But happened to Download the copy from the Aminet. While this is encouraging, In that strangers are interested in the Group, I would have though a better response from the actual members would have been in Order. Due to the lack of Submissions that have appeared I have had to ask the Group to consider the Monthly Issue of the Gazette and to seriously think about Releasing the Newsletter on a 2 monthly Basis. Hopefully this will be discussed at the next Group Meeting we will keep you informed. @6 This does sadden me@5, As I really enjoy working on the@4 Gazette@5, However I am sure you will all agree that if the Publication is going to be released, then it is better if at least@1 50%@5 of the Gazette is written by Group members. Still@1 "Fear Not"@5 I will be back@3 (Whether Next Month or the Month After)@5 Who@1 knows@1 ...@5But catch you all in the next Issue of The@4 GAUG Gazette@5. Ian C Fyvie
