COMING IN ISSUE 7 Okay, we screwed up a bit last time with many of our promises failing to appear, but everything we are mentioning below WILL appear in TFF #7 (I hope!). Hopefully, we should have Issue 7 out at the end of January/early February 1994 (it's already part finished!). First of all, the entire issue will be a Borg Special and many of the articles will take on a definite Borg slant, and there will be a massive section devoted to the Borg featuring art, fiction, articles, photos and much more. Convention Talk Two con talks this time to make up for the lack of one in this issue. Issue 7 will see the promised talk by Siddig El Fadil, along with a talk by Jonathan Del Arco (Hugh from "I, Borg" and "Descent Part 2") to go with our Borg special. Convention Reports More reports and photos from TWO top conventions including Contagion '93 whose guests were Jonathan Del Arco and Nichelle Nichols! As with this issue, there will be plenty of colour photos to go with them, especially some rather nice shots of Nichelle (well, I WAS sitting in the front row during her talks!!!). Fiction Part 3 of Matthew Dean's epic, "The Nova - E" story, plus another sprinkling of pieces in the STAG Collection. All this plus a few more pieces in the BBS Collection. Articles Another selection of one-off items - I don't know what though! However, expect to see the first in a new regular column by Tim Gaskill - editor of the club magazine for the Official Star Trek Fan Club Of The UK! Also, a large number of one-off Borg pieces. Reviews Another selection of books, video, PD and merchandise reviews covering all things Trek, courteousy of all the companies sending us items to review! Also we may even feature a few more reviews from YOU. Trivia Even more useless pieces of trivia for you to regurgitate at conventions and to impress your friends (as long as they don't read TFF!). Another huge assortment of questions answered as well in the Q&A section. Yesterday's Enterprises Season three falls under the scrutiny of Tim Smith. As this season was highly praised by fans, this should be an article well worth reading. Music More from the keyboards of Bjørn Lynne and Allister Brimble and possibly a piece or two from a few more musicians if we can find any! Art Graphics from our regular artists plus a selection of pieces from some artists new to TFF! Plenty of stunning ray-traced pics from Mark Platts to go with the Borg special and there are going to be some more portrait stills from Gary Moffat. Letters Now that people are starting to write in, expect a massive selection of your comments of TFF and Trek in general. Let's See What's Out There Continuing the never-ending saga of ways to empty your bank accounts! Colin Gunn makes more of you envious and increases your overdrafts! Pocket/Titan Books Guide Upated yet again to include the latest novels and books available from Pocket Books and Titan Books! Fan Club List Again revised and including more clubs than ever! Hopefully, this issue will also see our Fan Club Co-ordinator working for us, getting even more information and details on all the clubs listed. If that happens, the guide will be epic! Updated in conjunction with the Official UK Fan Club, this update will be bigger and better than ever before! BBS Collection More fiction and hopefully some articles from BBS's all over the world.
