The following short article will explain how to make  a  Level  7  Switch.  The 
modifidation is ofcourse 100% tested so if you make a mistake, dont blame me.

This modification is mostly for coders but maybe other freax can use it too ???
Anyway, it makes and external Level 7 Interrupt on the IPL (Interrupt  Priority 
Level). It is great if you use ASM-One. Now you just have to se level 7  in the 
preferences and when pressing the button it'l jump out of a  routine,  demo  or 
whatever. So finished with mouse-checked exits !!!

The first thing you have to do is to open the cabinet by screewing the 6 screws 
in the bottom off. Now remove the keyboard and the metalcabinet. When  this  is 
done we are ready...Heat up your soldering iron  and  locate  the  CPU.  It  is 
located most left in the Amiga and got the text:  'Motorola 68000'  printed  on 
the top of it. Now find leg 23, 24 and 25 by counting like this:

Solder a diode (1N 4148) on each leg (23, 24 & 25) with the little  mark   away 
from the 68000. Solder the lose ends of the diodes together with a wire and  in 
the end of the wire you place a momentary switch. Find leg 16 on the  68000 and 
solder a wire on it. And at last you solder the wire on the other  side  of the
momentary switch. Now we are almost finished and  you  just  have  to  put  you 
machine together again. Drilling a hole and placing the  switch there is mostly 
recommended. There's a good place to  put  switches  on  the  back  beside  the 
Joy-connectors. Or under the internal diskdrive. But you can also just  let  it 
go out at the ramexpansion. If you would  like  to  contact  me  (if  you  have
