Seldomly  a  year  was  more signed of
revolutionary changes in countries and
worlds  society than the year of 1991.
Just for example:

@t6-@t5  The gulf war divides the world into
two   parts:    PRO/AGAINST   military
interventions  of  the  allied nations
(NATO) against IRAQ...

@t6-@t5  SOUTH AFRICAN president FREDERIK DE
KLERK  pronounces  the  end  of racial
seggregation.

@t6-@t5  GERMANY  got  a  souveran  nation -
after 46 years of "occupation" - again
(since the latest ratificiation of the
2-plus-4-contract by the USSR).

@t6-@t5   YUGOSLAVIA   is   shocked   by   a
horrifying   war   between  SERBS  and
CROATS  (to be continued in 1992 - sad
but true...)

@t6-@t5   After  a  failed  coup  of  former
communist  leaders,  the  SOVIET UNION
splits and the GUS (I hope, this is an
international   expression)  is  being
formed.   My  very  best wishes to the
leaders:  GIVE PEACE A CHANCE!


@t6-@t5  ALBANIA,  the  last  communist lead
state   of  EUROPE,  has  started  the
process of getting a democracy!!!

@t6-@t5  The gate to an UNITED EUROPE is now
wide  open  (isn't  it MR.  MAJOR???).
Especially    the    conferences    of
MAASTRICHT    are    indecating   this
positive  impressions  of  a political
and  social  union (I am EUROPEAN, you
know.) To name but a few...  .

It  would be fatal to call this year a
positive   one  ("Desert  Storm",  the
catastrophes    in    BANGLADESH   and
PHILIPINES,  hunger,  ...   caused the
death  of  hundred-of-thousands mainly
innocent  people!!!   )  but  also  it
would  be wrong to call it destructive
(   End   of   seggregation   and  the
forthcoming unification of EUROPE ( in
my   opinion,   those   are   positive
features of 1991...  ) ).  So, I think
everybody  should make up his own mind
about  the  last  year.   Here  now  a

all  I had quite a lot of success this
