³½ISN'T IT STRANGE?½ ¹ In this article you will find a lot of things, which I consider as strange, interesting or funny.. Instead of writing a hell of a lot of articles about one million different problems I putted them in one small one.. OK, that wasn't so hard to understand, was it ? Well, don't forget that this is all MY opinions, and you have probably a different one. If you got, then WRITE IT and send it to us.. here we go...: ²Isn't it strange that Equinox is #10 on their own chart as best group ? They are not to be found on Ramjam's or on STB's Eurochart...¹ ³My opinion:¹ Some voters vote for Equinox , just to be better freinds with some members of the group. That is logic! You should of course NOT be able to vote for any Equinox members. ²Isn't it strange that Sound Barier from Balance was not placed on the Equinox chart ? But to be found on Ramjam's chart, which was released two months before ?¹ ³My opinion:¹ Ramjam showed us before that they are faster with the changes.. Like when The Spy for first time had to give the # 1 place to Chaos. And when Desert Dream took the lead instead of State Of The Art... Who is so stupid that they vote for old productions ? (I am! ed.) I would VERY much like to get some "The-Spy-Voters" to write an article about why they vote for this old coder. ²Why does it seems like people don't want to buy an A1200 ?¹ ³My opinion:¹ Because they are afraid of a new Amiga which could be the new scene computer ? Because they can't run Hirdwired ? Because they don't got the money ? HOW STUPID!!! Go out there NOW and buy one.. It's the new scene computer you haven't got.. FROM NOW ON ALL STUPID A500 OWNERS SHOULD BE CALLED: "STUPID A500 OWNERS".. (Hoho!).. Well, you got the point I guess. Greets to all people who believe in the new AGA scene!!!!! ²Isn't is strange that the great musicians behind the musicdisk Mirror aren't to be found in the charts when their musicdisk is number 1 or 2 ?¹ ³My (Subject, Blue Fox of Balance and Reggae/Jewels) opinion:¹ Because people looks at the good design and code.. You shouldn't do!! Because that means that Wolfman/Balance can release a musicdisk and get it in a number one too.. Anyway the musicians behind Mirror SHOULD be on the charts.. Read the continue of this subject in an article by Blue Fox and Subject in the next issue of Upstream... ²Isn't it strange that the samples from Virgill/TRSI's Inteference tune, sounds exactly like Julius/Lemon's (At that time Mad Freak/Anarchy) 3D Demo tune II samples ?¹ ³My opinion:¹ Virgill knows how to press "clear song"... Anyway, it's an EXCELENT tune. ²Why is no one trying to make a hit-list of the best Amiga tunes?¹ I WILL, so don't steal my idea ! ²Why can't ANYBODY hold a fucking deadline ?¹ ³My (and several others) opinion: ¹Because they think that if STB's Eurochart can be delayed 2 months then they can delay their production just as long too?.. The guys I want to blame right now.. TODAY 15/9 - 93 is: Ramjam staff, STB staff, Generation staff, RAW staff, Slegehammer staff, Joyride staff and all the others...(TS-Staff? ed. Yes, Please.) Why write a deadline when you NEVER NEVER keep it? Solution: WAKE UP! ²Why do no one draw "abstract" on Amiga?¹ ³My opinion:¹ They have never got the idea. Now you have got it ! You found out how to do naked girls and dragons, why not a picasso-thing ? ²Why is "Heatbeat" suddenly to see on the top of the two Eurocharts ?¹ ³My opinion:¹ Heatbeat (Sorry I can't spell his right name :-() have done a LOT of small chip-tunes for a lot of small produtions etc.. He have also doned some very funny tunes.. He started with the Finish rap song on some Melon intro and since that time, he have done several other joke-modules. I remember a little chip-tune(?) with some laughing samples.. THAT was EXTREAMLY COOOOOOL!!!! But he doesn't deserve a chart placement for being Extreamly funny.. Does he? He IS a great musician but I haven't heard anything else than chip or joke tunes from him for a long- time. The last thing he did (At this date) was the Nitendo-tune for Melons party-invitation.. Again, it was fun. But it wansn't good! That means again that Wolfman/Balance can get in as #1 with his musicdisk which only needs to contain funny speaking- samples. ²Why do some guy think he is cool when he writes: Wanna SWAP with real COOL guy? That's my favourite one, but there are many others...¹ ³My opinion:¹ Newcommers use this in their advertisments to sound cool (kewl.!?) Why do I tell you this ? Because the newcommers who write these things, will read this, because they read every single article in a mag to learn more and more (Not?). So, now you should think one more time before writing "I'm Da kewl mothafukka and games suxx!!" etc.. You know it!! We get these letters every day. Hehehehe, I can't hold myself for typing one of the lamest letters I got for you.. Here we go: Yo dude!!!! Wanna swap some shit with X of X? I'm real fast... Just send a list of shit to this Ad: bla bla.... I don't swap with da lamers.. Only da real kewlest ELITE guys. P.S - No games!! Games suxx!!!... ²Do we need a "new Anarchy" ?? If yes; Who will it be ?¹ ³My opinion:¹ It will NOT be Lemon., because Lemon. is a crew with old freaks, who will not hold 1994 out. I have heard from several Lemon. members that they made Lemon. so they could relax and have more fun, etc. It will NOT be The Silents either... Because they HAVE had their chance but they failed. Some time after Anarchy's dead they took the lead and released a lot of stuff. But they couldn't keep it up. Well, I think the scene will always have an Anarchy look-a-like group. So, who is it now ? In my opinion it's SANITY !! Melon are great and funny, but they will never be the new Anarchy. Either will SANITY but they are closest!!!..... OK, I hope you don't feel too angry about anything... To Equinox: I know I have written a lot of critics about your chart in this article.. I hope you will try to think about some of it next time you are counting votes. Anyway, your chart is great ! Keep it up! I'll of course vote in the next issue as I will vote in Static Bytes Chart too.... :-) Well, friends now it's time to load an other article. I hope you enjoyed reading this....
