1)       This Anti-Virus is a PUBLIC-DOMAIN PRODUCTION !!!

         The RamKiller's size is about 13404 KBytes crunched.
         If it isn't correct size please check it with another viruskiller.
         this antivirus has been corrupted by a VIRUS !!!

2)       This Anti-Virus is based on  -> VECTOR TRAP
                                      -> VIRUS CHECKER
                                      -> VECTOR CHECKER

         but I've added 3 files and I've updated this one.

         1  -> defragment routine by Xavier Leclercq

         2  -> Decompact memory at startup

         3  -> Link virus memory by Xavier Leclercq

         4  -> Menu added in this version 2.0A




3)       Action: 2 Startup CLI usage:

         1:

          Type ramkiller only and the Anti-Virus is running
          with a fast defragment routine and a checking vektors test

         2:

          Type ramkiller dfx: or ram: then the Anti-Virus is going to
          check the device selected with in first a BOOTBLOCKs test.






4)       VIRUS detected:

          This Anti-Virus can detect all Boots VIRUS and FILEVIRUS but don't
          diplays the boot code in ASCII or HEX.

          -* It Knows 98 Boots Blocks (Exclude the clone virus)
           e.g: SCA       -> original VIRUS
                SuperByte -> clone of SCA Virus


          -* It Knows 32 LINKVIRUS (FILEVIRUS)
             All Classics e.g: CENTURION, SMILLY CANCER, SADDAM, ROLE,...

             sorry but I haven't time to list all  Know virus.






5)         MISC:

           If you run RamKiller from the cli the Anti-Virus take the task of
           window but you can use >RUNBACK<

           The decompact routine is actived only at startup with >ACTION 1<

           The decompact and defragment routine aren't actived with
           >ACTION 2<

           But the classic memory tests are actived with all Action.

           You can crunch RamKiller with e.g (PowerPacker,Imploder,Cr-Mania)

           In case of a virus is detected and if this one isn't Killed the
           Anti-Virus MAKE A RESET.

           I have tested RamKiller on

                                -AMIGA 2000 (1Mb CHIP, OS1.3)
                                -AMIGA 500  (512KBytes, OS1.3/OS2.0)
                                -AMIGA 500  (1Mb Chip, 1,5Mb Fast OS1.3)
                                -AMIGA 500+ (2Mb CHIP, OS2.0)
                                -AMIGA 4000 (2Mb CHIP, 4Mb Fast OS3.0)






6)         HELP:

           If you have a virus on your BOOTBLOCK, The Virus are destroyed
           and RamKiller INSTALL HIS BOOTBLOCK.

           But If you have a message (Warning ... Newunknow VIRUS or HARM BOOT
           Check your disk with (BootX, VT, VirusZ,...)

           If you have a file virus RESET your amiga (15 seconds) and Load
           RamKiller in first, and after check you suspect DISK.


           Protect always all disk with the protection ERGO(read/write)
           Here is the BEST VIRUS PROTECTION !

           If you have an OS1.3 and a SADDAM,... in memory.

           - MAKE A HARD RESET (30 SECONDs)
           - BOOT A DISK NO INFECTED
           - RUN RamKiller

           But if you have a disk infected and no repairable make a copy
           of you safe file in memory (WHEN THE VIRUS ARE DESTROYED)
           after that FORMAT a BLANK DISK and copy the memory file on your
           virusfree disk.
