	  Yet another stupid tool from the HALF-BRAINS TEAM !



* INTRODUCTION

I did code (?!) this tool because i am very annoyed of lame programs that
switch on and off the audio filter when I STATE IT MUST BE OFF !



* WHAT'S FOP ?

With FOP you are sure that the audio filter will remain OFF until a reset,
no matter what programs try to do with it.
It's an hardware protection so that no CPU time neither system memory is
stolen.  FOP is perfectly compatible with WorkBench; but i do not include
an icon just because i hate them; make your own.
The executable is 208 bytes long; coz i keep in mind my friend Mr.Madness'
Hard Disk with 2 KBytes of total free space !  (yo mate ! buy a 200M like
I did !).
