Deja Vu - 004 - THINGAMAJIG --------------------------- Another very good educational program, this is like the colouring book but has more hand eye co-ordination to it. Also has a very good memory game. Deja Vu - 005 - JUNGLE BOOK --------------------------- This disk has been temporarily withdrawn. Deja Vu - 006 - PUKADO + SPRITE 600 ----------------------------------- Pukado is a stylish game in which you have to move over blocks which then disintegrate to complete each level. Also on here are 600 different sprites for you to use in your own programs. Deja Vu - 007 - 4 WAY LYNX -------------------------- A good little puzzle game this one, you have to connect all the pipes to continue to the next level, very addictive. Deja Vu - 008 - WORK & PLAY ------------------------- Another very good educational disk. This shows kids how to tell the time as well as helping the kids brush up on their multiplication tables. Deja Vu - 009 - AMOS ASSEMBLER ------------------------------ This assembler will have to be run through AMOS. Deja Vu - 010 - WORD FACTORY ---------------------------- Another educational program. This one helps kids to spell simple words correctly. Presented very well with good use of colour and sound. Deja Vu - 011 - GO GETTER ------------------------- Go getter is a variation of the Hi-Lo game, the aim is to get your ball around the board before your opponent and score more points. Deja Vu - 012 - HYPNOTIC LAND ----------------------------- This is a game not unfamiliar with a game called Klax. You have to move balls that are shooting down the lane using arrows that you position on the lane into the correct coloured tubes to score points. Deja Vu - 013 - JIGMANIA ------------------------ Yet again this is a very good program, you load a picture into the program and it makes a jigsaw of it which you then have to solve, it also allows you to load your own pictures as well. There is also a utility written in AMOS to create your own fonts for the printer. Well presented disk with easy to understand documentation. Deja Vu - 023 - ESP ------------------- In this game you have to collect the letters E,S and P. Not as easy as it sounds of course. There are many obstacles to overcome in this 21 screen game. There are Breeders and Blockers that you need to avoid, unless you have a shield in force. The shield allows you to occupy the same square as a Breeder or Blocker and protects you against Boncers which appear every fifth or seventh level of each stage. There are three stages with seven levels to each stage. Instructions are given within the game and it is played with the joystick. Deja Vu - 024 - THE SHINING WAY OF KUNG FU ------------------------------------------ Excellent graphics and presentation once more from Lindasoft - the company who gave us Hypnotic Lands. Using the joystick flight against the computer or another player. Moving the joystick in different directions and pressing the fire button gives you all the various moves. This is a two disk game. Deja Vu - 025 - THE MISSION --------------------------- If you remember Infocom adventures or have played them you will know that there was absolutely no need for graphics as the text was so well written, full of atmosphere and humour. Unfortunately, there haven't been any new Infocom adventures for a long time. Now you cna revel once more in reams of stmospheric text, laugh at the humour, rack your brains over the ingenius puzzles of The Mission. An excellent adventure. Deja Vu - 026 - CYAD -------------------- This is an absolutely brilliant puzzle game played with the joystick. Not easy to explain but here goes! What does CYAD mean? Well it means Controlled Yellow Automated Device. You control the CYAD with the joystick. It can move in four directions. However once on the move it will only stop when it comes into contact with a solid object. There are mines on the levels with which you must NOT come into contact, not easy but can be done as there are certain objects which can be used to your advantage. This is one game that should not be missed. If you like games that tax the little grey cells then this one is a must. Fully documented with tutorial levels to get you into feel of the game. Highly recommended for puzzle lovers. Deja Vu - 27 - FLOWER POWER --------------------------- This is a strange little game. You play the part of a gardener who is trying to make his garden grow. To do this you have to dig holes, put in seeds and then water them. Of courrse you have to wait for them to grow but so you don`t get bored, there is a dog which seem to have a taste for you! All in all though, an enjoyable game. Well worth including in your collection. Deja Vu - 28 - BUDDBASE ----------------------- Have you got a large collection of something you would like a record of? This lovely disk will let you define a menu system that will show you what is on your disk, this is easy to use than having to define keymaps, so if you have a Hard Drive, you NEED this disk. So give it a try, you never know you might like it! Deja Vu - 34 - CAT:ADVENTURE CREATOR SYSTEM ------------------------------------------- Hey! Now this is excellent. This will allow you to create adventure with sound and graphics AND a good parser. You can create an adventure within a matter of minutes(if you plan ahead). If you just dive in without doing any planning it could take a while...But the end result is what counts. And it has to be said that the end result is really quite good. Deja Vu - 37 - ROCKET MATHS --------------------------- This is another game for the kids. You have to help a little geezer get in his spaceship, then blast off. You can select to do either Addition, Times tables, Divisiion or Take away. There is some really good sound effects, and the graphics are suitably funny, and well animated too. Deja Vu - 36 - FRACTAL GENERATOR -------------------------------- Hmmmm! I wasn`t too impressed at first. But when you look at the program it will make you giddy. This can cope with a vast array of fractals and mandlebrot patterns. It can even do JULIA SETS in 3D!!! This has to rank as one of the best, if not the best fractal generator. Deja Vu - 40 - SPRITE BANK EDITOR 2 ----------------------------------- This is a far superior sprite editor than the one supplied on your AMOS disk. This makes that look like a ZX81 program! You don`t know what a ZX81 was? Well, it was a 1K black and white soundless computer, yes they called it a computer! Deja Vu - 41 - RESCUE --------------------- This is a 3D game rather like Driller/Darkside/Total Eclipse. This isn`t suprising as it is written with the 3D CONSTRUCTION KIT. Deja Vu - 49 - MARVIN THE MARTIAN --------------------------------- An enjoyable game in which you play a green bogey type thing in a helmet, trying to rescue your girlfriend. All I can say is if she gets kidnapped then thats her fault. But this little blob is a hero and sets out after her, dropping oil slicks to stop the enemy, and collecting treasure and keys, you`d think he did it as a full time job! So if you fancy a good hour or so blasting at a decent game, try this disk. Deja Vu - 50 - CLIPART ---------------------- More clip art with the same subjects as disk 46, but with the addition of people. Deja Vu - 51 - MYA:COLOURING BOOK --------------------------------- This basically a colouring book on a disk. It has a variety of pictures to load and colour in. Deja Vu 59 Prehistoric fun pack ------------------------------- Lots of fun to be had while learning about those animals that used to be king of this sorry excuse for a planet, four games in all including a very good snakes and ladders variant. Everything a Deja Vu disk should be. Deja Vu 60 Techno Snail ----------------------- He's mean tuff, and very slow, but who gives a damn in this arcade quality platformer, dont let the title put you off because this is one heck of a game, that should keep you occupied for at least a few days. Deja Vu 61 The final Chapter ---------------------------- A game Written with 3D construction set that really is a credit to the guy who wrote it, contains an RPG overtone that takes the game a little bit further than your standard freescape game. All in all a very enjoyable game, well worth the 3.50 asking price. Deja Vu 62 Revolution --------------------- What we have here is very good platform's game that grabs you by the short and currlies and wont let go, control your man past screen after screen of hot frenzied arcade platform action. Deja Vu 64 Rescue 2 ------------------- Follow up to the earlier and Quite succesful Rescue, Written with 3D construction Kit, and yet again you would be hard pushed to tell the game apart from a Freescape full price release, an essencial purchase for all arcade adventure fans. Deja Vu 65 Power Planner ------------------------- A versatile filofax on disk programmed to do just about anything you can think of in the planning dept, the disk also contains information on other LPD titles the programmer has written. A very good Utility disk not to be missed. Deja VU 66 Hotel Manager. ------------------------ On booting this disk up I expected a very good managment simulator, but instead a Monopoly rip, but never the less it is a very good one. Seems to be more enjoyable with a few friends though, as opposed to playin with yourself (OH ER MRS!!!) Deja Vu 67 Cyadonia 2 ---------------------- Yes it's one of those bloody anoying puzzle games that makes you want to smash the hell out of you 400 quid Amiga, very boulderdash in concept, and very addictive. Deja Vu 68 Virus Buster 2.1 --------------------------- At last an answer to the rather overpriced AmigaNuts Master Virus Killer 2.2. It seems to do the job very well, checks files, hidden dirs, memory and boot blocks, at this moment in time (17/2/92) it must be the only virus killer worth using, it's also + compatible to boot (Block). Deja Vu 69 Magical Mix Up ------------------------ Probably the slickest LPD disk I have seen in a long time , very similar to splitting image from Domark a few years back and just as polished. Watch your picture split into about 20 pieces and then try to put it back together. Amazing fun for all the family. We get new LPD disks all the time, if you see a review of a new one, we will have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please note all these disks are 3 pound 50 each. Almost all need at least 1 meg and some need the actual Amos language.
