WELCOME TO THE PAGESTREAM 3.1 PRE-RELEASE BETA 3 UPDATE!

You must have PageStream 3.1 beta 2 installed to use this patch!

This update requires disk 1 of your original PageStream3 disk set. It
will not be modified by the update.

You must have sufficient free hard drive space to use this patch. 4MB of
free space is recommended.

If you're not sure what version of PageStream or BME you have installed,
type "version pagestream3:pagestream3 full" in a shell. Note that 3.1
betas 1 and 2 show up as just 3.1 in the About requester. The AmigaOS
version command can fail on some versions of AmigaOS with the PageStream3
program due to its size. If this happens, note that 3.1 beta 2 was
1387292 bytes.


REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

This version of PageStream 3.1 is a BETA version. Do not use this:

 - If you are uncomfortable using beta software
 - You need to do production work
 - You don't know how to backup and reinstall 3.0i in case you need
   to use it for production work

We do not guarantee that this version is usable for production work.
Heck, no software's warranty guarantees its merchantability or fitness
for any type of work. But this is a beta, and we really mean it. So if
after installing this beta you find out that it won't print, or that it
crashes, or that alien ships take out Los Angeles when you try to draw a
box, don't complain that you didn't back up 3.0i. The ONLY reasons you
should be using this version are:

 - You think that finding bugs in pre-release versions is a good idea
   because the final version will be better as a result of your testing.
 - You absolutely can't wait any longer to try 3.1.
 - You didn't back up 3.0i when you installed 3.1 beta 1 and have been
   counting the days until beta 3. ;-)


REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

There is an updated to this beta (pgs31b33.lha) that fixes a couple of
problems in this beta. Install this beta patch first, and then
pgs31b33.lha.
