- Completed the Cuelist fileformat. Assisted by John Blyth.

- Added binary 'CDDA2Studio' - replaces SplitCDDA(I) [removed]

- Rewrote script 'CDDA2Studio' to 'CDDA2StudioBatch' using CDDA2Studio.

Studio16add.doc		- Added a note in SampleClip section.
SplitCDDA(I)		- Compiled using old includes making both channels
			  left. Fixed!
			- Changed extension start to underscore.

- Added the 'KStudioCheck' program (check if card(s) is/are installed).
- Reworded the readme file some.
- Added more comments in the include files.
