Packs GoldED Studio is shipped in form of a basic CD (currently GoldED Studio 6)
which, in irregular intervals, is complemented, extended or corrected by "service
packs".
Prices Service packs are an independend product and not necessarily
available free of charge. Free service packs are offered for download on our web
server. Service packs which are not free can be purchased on CD-ROM. Customers have no
legal rights concerning the availability of free service packs. That said, most service
packs are free. |

We reserve the right do decide freely if a service pack comes with a fee
or not. This decisions is, amongst other factors, influenced by the amount of changes to
the software and the date of purchase. Download service pack
New customers As a rule, the first service pack requested by a
customer is made available on CD-ROM only, mailed to the address registered with us.
Consequently, the first service pack comes with a fee. In the case of an otherwise free
service pack this is a 9.99 DM copying fee for the CD-ROM (plus postage & packing). |
