Idea:
Well after installing OS3.9 and removing the WB title bar I began to miss
the memory display. So I thought I'd throw my own Memory display 
together as an icon (and make it user configurable and font sensitive).

I decided to also follow the OS3.5/3.9 method of displaying Memory.
So out with the old:

"2621440 bytes free" and in with the more compact and readable "2.5MB"

Much better :)

Usage:
Double Click from Workbench.

ToolTypes (in Alphabetical Order):
BACK_COL=0xRRGGBB - Hex Number representing the RED / GREEN and BLUE colour values.
BACKGROUND=(TRUE or FALSE) - Turns Background Fill in On.
BORDER=(SINGLE/DOUBLE or FALSE) - Put a cheap Border around the Display.
BORDER_MV = Size of Vertical Margin.

CENTERTEXT=(TRUE or FALSE) - Centert Text Horizontally?

FONT="Font Face" - Specify a font type. (Do not add to '.font' extention)
FONT_SIZE=Size of font.

OVERHEAD=(ECO,LOW,MED,NORMAL,HIGH) - Generally values on the right will give
a quicker Clock and Memory Update (See Below).

POS_X=(Icon X position).
POS_Y=(Icon Y position). 

SHOWCHIP=(TRUE or FALSE) - Show Chip Memory Usage.
SHOWCLOCK=(TRUE or FALSE) - Show 12Hour Clock
                       (12 or 24) - Show 12 or 24 Hour Clock.
SHOWFAST=(TRUE or FALSE) - Show fast Memory Usage.
SHOWOS=(TRUE or FALSE) - Show Current OS Version (3.5 or 3.9).
SHOWSCREENINFO=(TRUE or FALSE) - Show Screen Dimension and Depth Info. 

TEXT_COL=0xRRGGBB - Hex Number representing the RED / GREEN and BLUE colour values.
TITLE_CHIP={String 16 Characters} - Custom Chip Lettering.
TITLE_FAST={String 16 Characters} - Custom Fast Lettering.

Overhead:
Memicon does not take much CPU power at all, but in the tradition of Amiga
programing it will allow you to alter the update speed and save you a few processor
cycles here and there.

The OVERHEAD tool type can be set in the following ways :

ECO - Memory and Clock is updated every 5 seconds.
LOW - Memory is updated every 4 seconds and the clock every 2 seconds.
MED - Memory and Clock is updated every 2 seconds.
NORMAL - Memory is updated every 5 seconds and the clock every 1 second.
HIGH - Memory and Clock is updated every second.

Current Bugs:
    1/ When you change the screen mode the icon does not get new pens or alter the Screen Info Display.
    2/ The border colours can not be defined yet and default to the Workbench defaults.
