  - When using a proxy, you can now either use the http_proxy env var, or directly specify proxy with -- -pproxy:port parameter
  - Scripts can now be loader from user's home (search path for script is ./ ~/.smssend/ and /usr/local/share/smssend)
  - Added man pages (English and French)

September, 10th 2000:
  - Added 'make install' and 'make uninstall' to makefile, and fixed a compilation problem on SUN-OS.
  - Scripts can now be loaded from the global shared path (/usr/local/share/smssend by default).
  - Added a new option (smssend <script> update) to search for the latest version of <script> on SmsSend's home page.

September, 1st 2000: (Version 1.6)
  - Gahhhh... I (I don't know HOW) deleted an IMPORTANT line in version 1.5 that causes the conversion code to fail.
  - You can now specify either <file>.sms or <file.sms>
  - Added help about field (try 'smssend <provider> help' and see)
  - Fixed an error in kiwee scripts (didn't use 'Type' parameter)
  - Fixed a bug if 302 error occurs during a phase and redirects us to another host (www1,www2 for example) (mtnsms script should work now)
