TearOffPanel class

To save your hard disk, TearOffbay and TearOffPanel classes were removed from RxMUI ufficial distribution, 'cause the MCCs are very bugged and you may have very bad crashes because of them. They will be re-added when stable versions of the MCCs came out.

The TearOffPanel class create the very famous magic groups.

TearOffPanel is a subclass of TearOffPanel.mcc, so you must have TearOffPanel.mcc in MUI:Libs/mui/ to use it. TearOffPanel.mcc is copyright of Szymon Ulatowski.
