REQUIREMENTS Any Amiga® (compatible) computer with at least OS3.0 and 68020+ cpu, picture.datatype v43+ is required to display/ read truecolor icons. DESCRIPTION This is a datatype for Windows .ICO files, it can read icons with 2,16,256 and 16.7M colors. When an .ICO file contains more than one image, the datatype will load the best one into memory (the C= one only supports single image files with 16 colors). If you upgrade from the C= ico.datatype, make sure that you replace the "Windows Icon" descriptor with the one included into the archive. INSTALLATION Just start the Install program. HISTORY 43.0 first public release 43.1 requested os3.5 modules by mistake therefore it never worked on os3.0/1 based systems. 43.2 supports transparency now (only for <=8bit icons). 43.3 the datatype can handle truecolor icons now (requires picture.datatype v43+). Thanks to Allan Nielsen for the icons. 43.4 the alignment of the image data wasn't correctly calculated. included some nice icons made by Raul Silva.
