New ALPS plugins are now shipping with ProStationAudio.  Most every plugin has now been updated to be able to process stereo audio streams.  The AEQx suite of equalization tools is now available in stereo and mono versions.  Running one stereo plugin is less CPU-heavy than running two mono plugins processing seperate channels.  

ProStationAudio is now internet ready!  PSA now includes the iRec record bus, which allows the user to gather source material from ShockWave audio server, from anywhere on the internet.

@{B}Notes on the CD@{UB}

The installer script now plays some music (an excellent example of the 'TimeBox' Frippertronics emulator) if the AUDIO: device handler is found on your system.  If you notice stuttering audio or slow install speed (due to your CDROM transfer speed) on your machine, follow the following steps :

1) Quit the installer.
2) Open a @{U}CLI@{UU}.
3) Type @{U}assign dismount AUDIO:@{UU} and hit return.
4) Restart the installation.
5) When you are asked to insert volume @{U}AUDIO:@{UU}, simply hit @{U}Cancel@{UU} and proceed with the install.

On most machines with a reasonably fast CD drive, there should not be a problem.

@{B}New CD Distribution Features@{UB}

1) On screen help is now available at every stage of the install.
2) Documentation is now installed by default
3) Uses new features for new v44.10 Installer
4) HTML documentation is configured to fit the user's browser location
5) Icons have all been updated to the OS3.5 standard.

@{B}New Serialization Procedure@{UB}

Starting with the v2.48 update the serialization process changed. There's now a two key system that allows much more confortable generation and mailing of the update archives. It's now possible to update an unlimited amount of users worldwide with a minimum effort, everyone will benefit.  Please follow this procedure :

1) Install the new PSA on your HD (rename the older PSA drawer if necessary).
2) Run the new PSA once (it will ask you to complete the installation process by emailing a file to AudioLabs).
3) Quit PSA and email back the file named PSA.KA, located into the PSA directory. This file is not contained into the archive, it is generated by PSA when you run it for the first time.  

After emailing the PSA.KA you'll get a software module that will complete the install procedure.

To edit this value you have to hit DEL once or more in order to remove one or more digits as required, then type the new digits.
