IRCemu is an I(nternet)R(elay)C(hat) emulator. It's the first of it's kind
and perhaps the last.

To install IRCemu copy the default config files to S: and the main executable
anywhere on your disk. Just run the proggy and watch them IRC!
IRCEmu accepts one parameter: a new Ircers configfile. This can be located
anywhere and created with any texteditor.

You can (and are advised) to add more persons and quotes in this emulator.
Remember to credit yourself in the CREDITS part of this document!!!!
More of this subject later. To edit configs just load your texteditor. Here
are what the config files holds:

IRCemuIRCERS.config  : IRC persons
IRCemuCHANNELS.config: IRC channels
IRCemuQUOTES.config  : questions, disqussing matters etc.

the emulator deals up to 2000 Ircers, 500 quotes and up to 100 Irc channels.
It may crash if more is added but we don't think more is really needed...

How to edit the configs? Just add your scenefriends to the end of the Ircers
list, or create one of your own. Please check that there are no dublicates
included. Remember to put your name in the CREDITS part which is in the end
of this file. Then compress the files using either LHA or LZX.

V1.0   - First release. No bugs found.
V1.5   - Optimized the code (About 4kb smaller than V1.0!)
       - Now only one Ircers file is needed (delete the old ones)
       - IRCemu accepts a parameter; used for defining a new Ircers file.
       - Raised the fields/records as stated earlier.
V1.51b - Handles now up to 100 channels
       - Fixed the bug that caused the lack of questionmarks.
       - Made lines with "!" a bit more sensible.
       - Rewrote some of the subroutines, not heavily tested and therefore
         this is released as a Beta!
       - Started working on IAI (Irc Artificial Intelligence) which lets
         my parser to except joinings, leavings and kickings on the channel.
         Perhaps I'll get it finished by the time we hit V2.0 ;-)
