UNIGNORE

Removes the Ignore state of a user. Will show current ignores when no argument is submitted.

Related: IGNORE-SILENCE

Examples:

`/UNIGNORE'
     Shows a list of all currently ignored users

`/UNIGNORE Franky'
     Will remove all ignores on FRANKY
