Usage: `/? [Command]'

With this command you can get a list of all available commands. When a command is added behind it, you get the correct command syntax.

Alternative: HELP

Examples:

`/?'
     Will show a list of all available commands

`/? Ping'
     Will show the correct command syntax for the PING command: USAGE:
     /PING [NICK]
